DATA MANAGEMENT SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Dayalynx provides subscription-based data management services for the Cloud. This capability focuses on automated data monitoring and reporting to support a range of data-related business activities, including data quality review, data - storage optimisation and continuous monitoring for auditing and fraud detection.

Data Management Subscription Services are offered via a multi-level model, giving clients the opportunity to experience the benefits of this approach for a low cost commitment.

LEVEL 1

Database overview analysis to measure of change over time:

• Snapshot of tables, fields and record counts
• Growth / decline in records (database activity)
• Projected database / table growth
• Identification of changes to table structure

Identification of :

• Duplicate / redundant datasets
• Candidate datasets for relocation to different storage classes
• Candidate datasets for offline storage

LEVEL 2

Includes Level 1 activities defined above, as well as identifying:

• Duplicate records
• Missing values
• ‘Orphan’ or detached transaction records
• Validity checking for specific data items
• Statistical analysis of specific data items

LEVEL 3

Includes Level 1 & 2 activities above , as well as in-epth investigation to:

• Identify and report on a broad range of business-related data quality issues
• Assist with early identification of fraudulent activities to support audit and business assurance
• Identify information of interest to the business and provide support for effective decision making
